Step by step

Sign up as a Musondosi Agent

Sign up with your phone, set a PIN, and pick the Musondosi Agent role. We will ask for your ID and a short verification call before you can start listing.

Find a property

Walk a suburb, ask your network, or check WhatsApp landlord groups. When you spot a property to let, get the owner's phone number and consent to list it on OneMusondosi.

  • •You must have the owner's permission to list
  • •Capture clear photos and the asking rent
  • •Note any amenities and the contact name of the actual owner

Create the listing

Create the listing directly on the website from your dashboard, or send the details to Sondosi on WhatsApp. Either way, your phone is captured as the source agent so the listing stays linked to your account.

  • •Or message Sondosi on WhatsApp and the bot walks you through it
  • •Both methods link the listing to your agent account

Get the owner's go-ahead

Before forwarding, make sure the owner is happy for you to list their property - a quick WhatsApp message or verbal agreement is enough. OneMusondosi does not contact the owner separately, so this step is on you.

Tenant bids → you accept

When a tenant bids on one of your listings, you review it and accept or decline. Once you accept, the tenant pays a reduced 25 Views to unlock the listing - cheaper than the standard 100 Views, as a thank-you for sourcing the property.

  • •You see the tenant's contact as soon as they unlock
  • •Unlock Views are refunded to the tenant if you reject after they unlock

Track your listings

Every listing you create stays linked to your account. Track its status - active, under offer, or rented - straight from your dashboard.

What's the benefit of being an agent?+

Your name and reputation are attached to every listing you create, and your listings get a reduced unlock fee for tenants - just 25 Views instead of 100 - making them more likely to fill fast.

Can I work as a Musondosi Agent and as a landlord?+

Yes. The Musondosi Agent role already includes full landlord and tenant capabilities on the same account - you can list your own properties and forward other people's properties from one place.

What if I list a property and the owner cancels later?+

No penalty. The listing is simply removed.

How do I prove I found a property first?+

The forwarded-listing flow captures your phone number as the source forwarder on the property record, so it stays linked to your account for as long as the listing is active.

Is there a cap on how many listings I can have?+

No. Individual landlords are capped at 5 active listings; Musondosi Agents are uncapped because the platform trusts you to maintain quality.

Do I need to manage the lease or rent collection?+

No. Once the tenant and owner are connected, your job is done. The lease, deposit, and rent are between them.
