Register as a OneMusondosi Agent

Sign up with your phone, set a PIN, and pick the OneMusondosi Agent role. We will ask for your ID and a short verification call before you can start listing.

  • Free to join - no franchise fee, no monthly subscription
  • You can hold tenant + agent roles on the same account

Find a property

Walk a suburb, ask your network, or check WhatsApp landlord groups. When you spot a property to let, get the owner's phone number and consent to list it on OneMusondosi.

  • You must have the owner's permission to list
  • Capture clear photos and the asking rent
  • Note any amenities and the contact name of the actual owner

Forward the listing

Send the property details to Sondosi on WhatsApp using the forwarded-listing flow. The bot captures your phone as the source forwarder so unlock fees are split to your wallet automatically.

Owner verification

We reach out to the owner to confirm the listing, get title deeds for KYC, and explain how acceptance + unlock works. You do not need to babysit this - the bot handles it.

  • Owner gets a WhatsApp message from Sondosi with their listing draft
  • They confirm the rent, photos, and contact details
  • Listing goes live once the owner approves

Tenant bids → owner accepts

When a tenant bids and the owner accepts, the tenant unlocks contact details for 50 Views. You earn the other 50 Views automatically - credited as an UNLOCK_FEE_AGENT_SHARE transaction in your wallet.

  • Tenant's 50 Views are deducted at unlock
  • Owner gets the tenant's contact, you get the commission
  • Refunded automatically if the owner rejects after unlock

Withdraw your earnings

Convert your accumulated Views to USD through your dashboard. There is no minimum and no withdrawal fee.

  • 1 View = $0.10 USD
  • Withdrawals process within 24 hours on business days
  • Track every commission in your Transactions page

How much can I actually earn?+

Each successful unlock pays you 50 Views (~$2.50 USD). A productive agent doing 4 unlocks a week earns roughly $40/week or $160/month, on top of any traditional commission you arrange with the owner directly.

Can I work as an agent and as a landlord?+

Yes. Your roles are flagged on your single account. You can list your own properties as a landlord and forward other people's properties as an agent.

What if I list a property and the owner cancels later?+

No penalty. The listing is removed, no commission is owed. We never charge agents for failed listings.

How do I prove I found a property first?+

The forwarded-listing flow captures your phone number as source_forwarder_phone on the property record. Every unlock on that listing pays you, automatically, forever.

Is there a cap on how many listings I can have?+

No. Individual landlords are capped at 5 active listings; agents are uncapped because the platform trusts you to maintain quality.

Do I need to manage the lease or rent collection?+

No. Once the tenant and owner are connected, your job is done and you have been paid. The lease, deposit, and rent are between them.
