Can I bid without viewing first?+

No. You must view a property (1 View) before placing a bid. This ensures you know what you are bidding on.

Can I bid any amount I want?+

Yes. Enter any bid amount you like. The landlord sees all bids and selects the tenant and price they prefer.

Do I need to pay to search for properties?+

No. Searching is completely free. You spend 1 View when you choose to view the full details of a specific listing.

What if I run out of Views?+

Top up at the Top Up page and pay online. Views are credited instantly after payment.

Are there any hidden fees?+

None. The only costs are the ones listed on this page. No listing fees, monthly subscriptions, or commissions on rent.

Can I get a refund?+

Bids are refunded automatically if rejected or ignored. Unlock fees are refunded if the landlord cancels after acceptance.
