Sign up as a landlord

Sign up with your phone, set a PIN, and pick the Landlord role. You can swap between tenant and landlord roles on the same account anytime.

Create your listing

Add suburb, rent, property type, photos and a short description. You can list directly from the website or by chatting to Sondosi on WhatsApp.

  • •Mark amenities (water, ZESA, fibre, parking) so tenants can filter for you

Verify ownership (recommended)

Upload title deeds or a lease assignment to get the KYC Verified badge on your listing. Verified listings get priority in search and unlock the high-trust bid acceptance flow.

Bids come in

When a tenant bids on your listing, you get notified instantly on WhatsApp. Bids are held for 1 week. You can ACCEPT, REJECT, or let them expire. Accepting costs you 1 View per acceptance and there is no cap -accept as many as you want.

Accept → tenant unlocks

When you accept, the chosen tenant has 12 hours to unlock your contact details. Once they unlock, you both have each other's numbers and the listing is set to UNDER_OFFER.

  • •Viewing who unlocked costs 1 View -you see the tenant's contact details
  • •Reject after unlock and the tenant is refunded automatically -no awkwardness

Manage your listing

Once a tenant moves in, mark the listing as taken so it stops showing in search. You can pause, edit photos and price, or relist any time from your dashboard.

  • •Pause a listing instead of deleting it if it is temporarily unavailable
  • •Re-activate anytime from My Listings

How much does it cost to list?+

Listing is completely free. We do not charge per listing, per month, or per view, ever.

Can I list my property without uploading title deeds?+

Yes, but the listing will not have the KYC Verified badge and tenants can refuse to proceed at the bid acceptance stage. We strongly recommend uploading deeds.

What if I am a Musondosi Agent listing on behalf of an owner?+

Sign up as a Musondosi Agent instead. Musondosi Agents have no listing cap and can manage multiple owners' properties from one account.

What happens if I reject a tenant after unlock?+

The tenant is automatically refunded all Views they paid. The listing returns to ACTIVE and is shown to others. Use this only for genuine reasons - repeated rejections lower your rating.

Can I take a deposit through OneMusondosi?+

No. We do not handle deposits or rent. That is between you and the tenant, in person, and we strongly recommend a signed lease.

How do I edit or remove a listing?+

Go to My Listings on your dashboard. You can pause, edit photos and price, or delete a listing at any time.
