When the landlord accepts your bid you have 12 hours to unlock the listing. Unlock costs 25 Views on Musondosi Agent-listed properties or 100 Views on direct-owner listings.
Once unlocked you and the landlord have each other's contact details. Arrange the viewing, agree the terms, and use our standard lease template if you want.
