When the landlord accepts your bid you have 5 minutes to unlock contact details. Unlock costs 50 Views on agent-listed properties (the other 50 goes to the agent who found it) or 100 Views on direct-owner listings.
Once unlocked you and the landlord have each other's contact details. Arrange the viewing, agree the terms, and use our standard lease template if you want.
Pay online to top up your Views. 1 View = $0.10 USD. Views from a top-up last 90 days; the free 30 expire after 30 days.

Yes. If the landlord rejects you after you unlock, your 100 Views (or 50 + the agent's 50) are refunded to your wallet automatically.
