Community Guidelines

✅ For Everyone

• Be honest. Only post accurate information about yourself, your properties, and your circumstances.
• Be respectful. Treat other users with dignity. Harassment, threats, and abusive language are not tolerated.
• Protect privacy. Do not share another user's phone number, address, or personal details without their consent.
• One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts to bypass rules or suspensions.
• Report don't retaliate. If someone wrongs you, report it through OneMusondosi. Do not take matters into your own hands or spread information publicly.

🏠 For Landlords & Agents

• List real properties. Every listing must be a genuine property you own or are authorised to list. Ghost listings are a serious violation.
• Use accurate photos. Photos must show the actual property, not stock images or photos from another unit.
• Respond promptly. When a tenant places a bid, respond within the bid window. Repeated non-responses harm your reputation and platform trust.
• Honour accepted bids. If you accept a bid and confirm an unlock, you must follow through with showing the property.
• No discrimination. You may not refuse tenants on the basis of tribe, religion, gender, or national origin.
• Keep prices honest. Do not inflate prices after accepting a bid or listing at a price you have no intention of honouring.

🔍 For Tenants

• Bid only if you're serious. A bid signals genuine interest. Do not bid on properties you have no intention of viewing.
• Attend unlocks. If you initiate an unlock, you are expected to view the property. Repeated no-shows will affect your trust score.
• Do not contact landlords outside the platform until the unlock is complete and contact details are formally exchanged.
• Report issues properly. Use OneMusondosi's safety report feature. Do not publish accusations on social media or WhatsApp groups without going through the proper channel first.

🚫 Strictly Prohibited

• Posting fake, duplicate, or misleading listings
• Collecting payments outside the platform to avoid OneMusondosi fees
• Using OneMusondosi to scam, defraud, or extort users
• Uploading stolen or copyrighted property photos
• Impersonating another person or business
• Attempting to access another user's account or data
• Using automated bots or scripts on the platform
• Creating listings for properties you do not have the right to lease

If you believe your account was suspended in error, email support@musondosi.online with your phone number and a description of the situation. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
