Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering on OneMusondosi, via WhatsApp or the web portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use OneMusondosi.

2. The Platform

OneMusondosi is a marketplace and communication tool. We connect tenants with landlords and help users purchase utility tokens. We are not a party to any rental agreement, lease, or utility contract. All agreements are between users directly. OneMusondosi facilitates. It does not guarantee outcomes, property condition, landlord or tenant behaviour, or utility delivery.

3. Views Currency

• Views are OneMusondosi's in-platform credit. 1 View = USD $0.10.
• Views are not cash, not transferable between accounts, and have no value outside OneMusondosi.
• Views expire 90 days after your last top-up if unused. No refunds on expired Views.
• Refunds on unused Views are at OneMusondosi's sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
• All top-ups are final. Chargebacks are not supported.

4. Bidding & Unlocking

• Placing a bid costs 20 Views. Bids expire after 1 hour if the landlord does not respond. Views are refunded on expiry.
• Unlocking a property costs 100 Views. The landlord has 5 minutes to accept or reject.
• If the landlord rejects, 100 Views are refunded to you.
• If you fail to respond within the 5-minute unlock window, the property is released and 100 Views are refunded.
• OneMusondosi does not guarantee that a landlord will accept any bid or unlock request.

5. Listings

• Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. False listings are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• OneMusondosi reserves the right to remove any listing without notice.
• Listings that remain active for more than 30 days without activity may be automatically archived.
• You must own or be authorised to list the property you submit.

6. Utility Tokens

Utility token purchases (ZESA, water) are facilitated through third-party API partners. Once a token is delivered, no refunds are issued. If a system error on OneMusondosi's side causes a failed delivery, we will re-process or refund at our discretion. OneMusondosi is not responsible for errors originating from ZESA, ZINWA, or local authorities.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Post fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings
• Use OneMusondosi to harass, scam, or defraud other users
• Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform
• Share another user's contact details without their consent
• Engage in any activity that violates Zimbabwean law

8. Strikes & Suspension

Landlords receive a strike for each verified complaint. Three strikes result in automatic account suspension. OneMusondosi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these Terms, without refund of unused Views.

9. Limitation of Liability

OneMusondosi is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, OneMusondosi is not liable for:

• Any loss arising from a rental agreement, lease, or property dispute between users
• Failed utility token deliveries caused by third-party systems
• Interruptions to service due to maintenance, connectivity, or force majeure
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be resolved under Zimbabwean jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes will be notified via WhatsApp. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
