BUILT FOR TRUST

Safety & Trust

Zimbabwe's property market has too many scams. OneMusondosi is built from the ground up to protect tenants, landlords, and agents.

Verified Landlords

Landlords earn a Verified badge after completing three successful, dispute-free rentals. The badge is earned, not bought or given. You can see it on every listing.

KYC-verified landlords have submitted a National ID and proof of address. Their identity has been checked by our team before their listing goes live.

🔒

No Cash Before Viewing

All transactions on OneMusondosi use Views -our in-platform currency. You never hand cash to a stranger before seeing a property.

  • Bidding costs a small number of Views -a commitment, not a deposit
  • Unlocking contact details costs Views -only after the landlord accepts
  • Your phone number is never shared until both sides agree
  • Landlord cancels after unlock? You get your Views back automatically
🤝

Exclusive Tenant Protection

Once your bid is accepted, the listing moves to Under Offer status. After you unlock, it is reserved exclusively for you and unavailable to other tenants.

This protects you from scams where multiple tenants are charged for the same property. 🏠✅

Community Reporting

Anyone -registered or not -can submit an area report: theft, fake listings, bad landlords, power issues, scams. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team before going public.

Reports feed the live ticker at the top of every page and the Area Intelligence widget on property listings. Before you rent in an area, you can see what the community is saying.
